This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor pool. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay. You won't regret it!...

The pool area was AMAZING 🌊 Super clean and relaxing. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which struggled in some areas. A fantastic stay!

The weather was great it was hot and sunny to sunbathe in the garden, close enough to walk to bars/clubs/restaurants and shops.
Didn't like being told English had to check in after 1pm but any other nationality could check in before this time by the blonde bossy receptionist.

Great customer service across departments.
He was unfriendly and snapped at me when I politely asked for a cocktail to be remade. The lack of acknowledgment.

The staff were fantastic, the rooms really clean and comfortable and perfect for walking to Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar. Would recommend as a base to get out and about for young couples or a place to stay for families....

The staff and the hotel cleanliness!
The only thing, was the usual normal drunk English so called "lads" making noise with no care for anyone else as per usual. I would recommend if family or wanting a quiet room specify you want to be away from kids lol

Great hotel for families
First off, the breakfast is superb,, like, top-tier buffet stuff! Especially Raquel, not just guests.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but honestly, it's worth it for the experience.

The warm, cute atmosphere of Gran Sol reminded me of my grandmother's cozy living room-the kind of place where every corner feels like a hug. The fine pool area was so accessible.
More seating options in common areas, please!

Great value for money. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was quite good. More like a 3 star than a 2 star hotel.
We have never been treated as poorly by a hotel staff member in our entire lives. The manager on the night shift was an extremely rude person who seemed as though he hated life, his job and people in general. Someone with this type of personality should not be in hospitality. We were never rude to this person and always treated him with respect. He would do the following: - Huff and puff when we asked for a cab to be called. - Instead of explaining policies like a normal human being he would roll his eyes and point to a sign as if to say ¨read it yourself¨. - When asking for our room number he would yell his question to us. - Whenever anyone young walked past reception he would look annoyed by the mere presence of another person. This was as if to lump all young people in to the one category. It is clear he has had a bad experience with young people before. But for him to treat everyone with this prejudice is unfair and completely rude. We did nothing to deserve this treatment from him.
